Return / Refund Policy
This Return Policy applies to goods purchased through Senang.io (“Senang.io”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this Return Policy.
1. Return Eligibility
1.1 You may request a return if the product you received is:
defective or damaged upon arrival;
incorrect (not what you ordered);
missing parts or accessories that were clearly advertised as included.
1.2 All return requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
1.3 To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, labels, and tags intact (unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect).
2. Non-Returnable Items
2.1 The following products are not eligible for return:
clearance items sold “as is”.
items damaged due to misuse, negligence, accident, or unauthorized modification.
products missing serial numbers, labels, or proof of purchase;
consumable goods or items that cannot be resold for hygiene or safety reasons (where applicable).
3. How to Request a Return
3.1 To initiate a return, please contact our Support Team by submitting a return request via the Senang.io support page or email.
3.2 Your return request must include:
a. order number
b. description of the issue or reason for return
c. photos or videos clearly showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item (if applicable)
3.3 We will review your request and respond within 3 business days with return instructions and, where applicable, a Return Authorization Number.
4. Return Shipping
4.1 Unless otherwise specified by Senang.io, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
4.2 If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, wrong item), we may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse return shipping fees.
4.3 Items returned without a Return Authorization Number may be refused or delayed.
5. Inspection & Refund
5.1 Once received, we will inspect the returned item to verify eligibility under this policy.
5.2 If your return is approved:
we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days; or
we may offer an exchange or store credit at our discretion.
5.3 Refunds do not include original shipping charges unless required by applicable law.
5.4 The amount refunded may be reduced if the item is used, damaged, or missing parts beyond what was indicated in the return request.
6. Replacement / Exchange
6.1 If you qualify for an exchange (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item), and a replacement is available, we will ship the replacement at no additional cost.
6.2 Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Cancellations
7.1 You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.
7.2 Once an order has entered the shipping process, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed and may be treated according to this Return Policy.
8. Refund Exceptions
8.1 In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that:
are not in their original/new condition;
are missing parts or accessories;
show signs of use beyond necessary inspection.

9.1 Senang.io may update or revise this Return Policy from time to time to reflect operational changes, legal requirements, or improvements to customer service.
9.2 Updated versions will be posted on this page and immediately effective unless otherwise stated.
