This Shipping Policy sets out the terms on which Senang.io (“Senang.io”, “we”, “us” or “our”) delivers physical goods ordered through our website or platform. By placing an order or accessing our Services, you agree to be bound by this policy.
1. Shipping Scope & Services
After you place a confirmed order and payment has been successfully received, we will arrange shipping of your goods to the delivery address provided during checkout.
1.1 We currently ship to addresses within Malaysia only.
1.2 We do not deliver to P.O. boxes, parcel lockers, or freight-forwarder addresses unless otherwise stated.
1.3 All delivery time estimates are working days and exclude weekends and public holidays.
2. Order Processing
2.1 Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation of payment.
2.2 Processing time does not include delivery transit time, which is handled by our selected courier partners.
2.3 We will send you tracking information once your order has been picked up by the courier.
3. Shipping Methods & Fees
3.1 Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location, package weight, and selected delivery option.
3.2 Standard delivery rates and any applicable expedited delivery options will be displayed during checkout.
3.3 Free shipping promotions, if offered, are subject to minimum order value conditions and may apply only to standard shipping.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
4.1 Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order or payment.
4.2 Typical delivery transit times within Malaysia are between 2–7 working days, depending on your location and the chosen shipping service.
4.3 Possible delays may occur during peak periods, public holidays, customs clearance (if any), or due to circumstances outside our control
5. Delivery & Receipt
5.1 Deliveries require a valid physical address and a reachable contact number.
5.2 A signature may be required to confirm receipt of the parcel.
5.3 If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may leave a redelivery notice with instructions on how to arrange another delivery attempt or collection from a local depot.
6. Tracking & Shipment Updates
6.1 Tracking numbers and shipment updates will be provided via email or SMS (if provided) once your order is dispatched.
6.2 You may monitor the progress of your shipment through the courier’s tracking portal using the provided tracking ID.
7. Risk, Loss & Title
7.1 Title to the goods transfers to you upon delivery to the address you specified.
7.2 Risk of loss or damage during transit is borne by the courier and subject to the courier’s terms of service.
7.3 You should inspect the package upon receipt and notify us within 48 hours if there are any missing or damaged items.
8. Incorrect Address & Redelivery
8.1 We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated delivery information provided by you.
8.2 Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts if the initial delivery fails due to address errors.
9. Undeliverable Orders
9.1 If a parcel is returned to us by the courier due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping and handling fees before reshipment.
9.2 If you choose not to proceed with reshipment, refunds (if applicable) will be subject to our return & refund policy.
10. Changes to This Policy
Senang.io reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect changes to our shipping practices, courier partnerships, or applicable laws. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
