These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Senang.io website, platform, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Senangnvs Sdn. Bhd. (“Senang.io”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.2 Senang.io will use reasonable efforts to perform the Services in accordance with the specifications published on the platform and subject to availability.
2.3 Delivery timelines, if applicable, are estimates only. Senang.io will endeavor to meet those timelines, but you acknowledge that delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
2.4 You acknowledge that changes in your order or the scope of the Services may result in additional charges or changes to delivery or performance timelines.
3. Account Registration
3.1 To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account and provide valid personal details, a working email address, and any information required by Senang.io.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
3.3 You must notify Senang.io immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization.

4.3 You agree not to upload User Content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. Senang.io reserves the right to remove any User Content at its discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia for any dispute arising from these Terms.
